Our aim is to improve the relationship people have with the outdoors and enjoy a range of recreational adventure experiences. We utilize outdoor settings as a means of escape from social stresses; to gain better understand of ourselves; improve our relationships with others; and find enjoyment associating with groups away from our structured surroundings.


Our qualifications include ACA Membership, ATAP Accredited Provider, Ecotourism Australia Certification and Department of Education (DECD) certified operator.

Acknowledgement of Risk I acknowledge that Earth Adventure (Aust) Pty Ltd will provide myself/ my child with access to a variety of activities which will be supervised by employees of Earth Adventure (Aust) Pty Ltd ("the activities"). I acknowledge that these activities may have inherent risk involved and I acknowledge responsibility for myself/ my child participating in these activities. I acknowledge that during all such times whilst myself / my child is participating in the activities I will not hold Earth Adventure (Aust) Pty Ltd liable for any personal injury or loss of property whatsoever and I agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Earth Adventure (Aust) Pty Ltd against all such injury or loss except to the extent that such personal injury or loss of property is occasioned by neglect, default or omission by Earth Adventure (Aust) Pty Ltd or their consultants, employees, contractors or agents (as the case maybe). I agree that I will pay any reasonable cost of repair or replacement to equipment or facilities that may be damaged by actions of myself/ my child beyond that of normal wear and tear. (If minor) I agree to instruct my son / daughter to follow the rules of activity participation and to follow instructions given for Earth Adventure (Aust) Pty Ltd and contractors facilities. I also agree to provide necessary warning information if my son/daughter has demonstrated signs of mental health conditions that will cause harm to property themselves or others. I declare that the information which I have provided on this form is complete and correct and I will notify Earth Adventure (Aust) Pty Ltd any changes occur prior to the program commencing. Earth Adventure (Aust) Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for information that is incorrect or not provided as requested Cancellation Policy If a cancellation request is made up to 72 hours prior the scheduled activity/ tour, customers can receive a full refund, gift voucher or change the date of the booking. If a cancellation request is made up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity/ tour, customers are entitled to a change of date or gift voucher only. No refund will be issued. If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of their scheduled activity/ tour, no refunds, gift vouchers or change of date will be issued. Weather Policy Our experiences operate in all types of weather conditions. Should the weather be deemed unsafe to operate, our office will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your booking. Unfortunately there may be some instances when the weather is not as forecast, which may result in the session being cancelled upon arrival. Form 1—Recreational services—Exclusion, restriction or modification of rights under the Australian Consumer Law (SA) Your rights: Under sections 60 and 61 of the Australian Consumer Law (SA) , if a person in trade or commerce supplies you with services (including recreational services [1] ), there is - • a statutory guarantee that those services will be rendered with due care and skill; and • a statutory guarantee that those services, and any product resulting from those services, will be reasonably fit for the purpose for which the services are being acquired (as long as that purpose is made known to the supplier); and • a statutory guarantee that those services, and any product resulting from those services, will be of such a nature, and quality, state or condition, that they might reasonably be expected to achieve the result that the consumer wishes to achieve (as long as that wish is made known to the supplier or a person with whom negotiations have been conducted in relation to the acquisition of the services). Excluding, restricting or modifying your rights: Under section 42 of the Fair Trading Act 1987, the supplier of recreational services is entitled to ask you to agree to exclude, restrict or modify his or her liability for any personal injury suffered by you or another person for whom or on whose behalf you are acquiring the services (a third party consumer). If you sign this form, you will be agreeing to exclude, restrict or modify the supplier's liability with the result that compensation may not be payable if you or the third party consumer suffer personal injury[2] Important You do not have to agree to exclude, restrict or modify your rights by signing this form. The supplier may refuse to provide you with the services if you do not agree to exclude, restrict or modify your rights by signing this form. Even if you sign this form, you may still have further legal rights against the supplier. A child under the age of 18 cannot legally agree to exclude, restrict or modify his or her rights. A parent or guardian of a child who acquires recreational services for the child cannot legally agree to exclude, restrict or modify the child's rights. Agreement to exclude, restrict or modify your rights: I agree that the liability of Earth Adventure Pty Ltd for any personal injury that may result from the supply of the recreational services that may be suffered by me (or a person for whom or on whose behalf I am acquiring the services) (Liability) is restricted as set out below: Liability is excluded save where personal injury, loss or damage is caused or contributed to by the negligence, breach of contract, breach of a statutory duty or other duty by the supplier of recreational services including its servants, agents and contractors. Definitions [1] Recreational services are services that consist of participation in— • a sporting activity or similar leisure-time pursuit; or • any other activity that involves a significant degree of physical exertion or risk and is undertaken for the purposes of recreation, enjoyment or leisure. [2] Personal injury is bodily injury and includes mental and nervous shock and death.
